- I have a gift certificate for Gem Spa, do I have to use it before it closes?
No. Gem Spa may be closing; however, Whitney’s Aesthetics will honour the dollar value of any digital or plastic gift certificates purchased for Gem Spa (paper gift certificates that were purchased prior to 2019 and have not yet been redeemed, will be honoured at a value of $50 after February 1, 2025). You may redeem the dollar value of the gift card on any treatments that are being offered through Whitney’s Aesthetics or use it for product purchases. If you would like to redeem your gift card for treatments at Gem Spa such as manicures, pedicures, body wraps, body polishes or massages, you must do so before February 1, 2025.

- If I already have an appointment booked at Gem Spa past February 1, 2025 what happens to my appointment?
If your appointment is no longer offered as a treatment through Whitney’s Aesthetics, we will be contacting you personally to cancel your appointment and provide you with recommendations of where to rebook. If the treatment is under the listing of offerings at Whitney’s Aesthetics, we will also be contacting you personally to let you know your appointment will remain an option for you moving forward.
